Shift Details:
4x10-hour shifts per week for optimal work-life balance.
Flexible Commitment: Minimum of 3 weeks per month required, with a strong preference for 4 weeks.
Work Environment:
Robust Support Staff:
19–23 supervising anesthesiologists per shift.
10–20 CRNAs scheduled daily, ensuring a collaborative, supervised team environment (no independent practice).
EMR System: EPIC for seamless documentation.
Patient Demographic: Adults 18+ (Pediatric and Neuro experience a big plus!).
Skills Required: Proficient in MAC and General Anesthesia.
No requirements for regional anesthesia, OB, thoracic, or cardiac cases.
