Start Date: 18 weeks from acceptance for unlicensed CRNAs | 12 weeks for licensed CRNAs

Key Details:

Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule:
Shifts: 4x10s, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (unpaid lunch, cases start at 8:00 AM). Rare cases begin at 7:15 AM (arrival at 6:30 AM).
Commitment: Minimum 3 weeks/month (highly prefer 4 weeks/month).
Specify shift preferences (e.g., Mon-Thurs, Tues-Fri) during submission.
Team Support: 19-23 supervising anesthesiologists per shift, 10-20 CRNAs daily (CRNAs are always supervised).
Practice Setting: 50 anesthetizing sites/day.
Patient Population: Primarily adult (18+), with peds and neuro experience as a bonus.
EMR: Epic – Epic experience is REQUIRED, no on-site training provided.
Requirements:

Certification: CRNA with at least 2 years of experience in MAC and General Anesthesia. (No OB, Thoracic, Hearts, or Regional Anesthesia required.)
Licensure: Active Illinois license preferred (due to long credentialing timelines).
References: Provide one supervisor reference (with contact info) at the time of submission. The client will contact references directly before offering.
Credentialing: 12 weeks for licensed CRNAs; 18 weeks for unlicensed candidates.
