Shifts & Hours: 4 x 10 (Full-Time)

Schedule Details:
• 4 x 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday one week, Tuesday-Friday the next.
• Shifts are from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with an unpaid lunch break. Cases start at 8:00 AM.
• Rarely, a case may start at 7:15 AM, requiring arrival by 6:30 AM.
• Must commit to a minimum of 3 weeks per month; preference for 4 weeks.

Rate Details:
• Stipend offered

Work Details:
• Coverage needed: 4 weeks per month; will consider a minimum of 3 weeks.
• Patient Population: Adults only
• Department: General cases and endoscopy. Total caseload is 129. No head or heart cases. No call.

Practice Setting: Hospital

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes
• License: Yes
• DEA: Yes
• Minimum Experience: 2 years

Credentialing Timeframe:
• 18 weeks if a new license is needed
• 12 weeks if a current license is held
