CRNA needed in Southeastern Idaho

Job description

-Run 9-10 ORs daily
-3 MDs, 9-10 CRNAs daily
-Supervised setting
-Cases- general, neuro, thoracic, healthy peds, OBGYN (optional), orthopedic and orthopedic trauma, urology
-Schedule- 4 x 10s
-Call is optional for locums- backup pager call for OR 1:15
-Credentialing- 60-90 days
-Must have ID license and DEA
-EMR- epic
-$500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
