Job description

Type of cases required: ENDO, Peds, Urology, ENT, General, Ortho, OB/GYN,Opththamology

Supervision: By MDs

Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)

Caselogs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks

EMR System: Medaxion

Vaccination Required: Need to be vaccinated / accepting religious / medical exemptions

Licenses: ACLS, BLS, PALS

Additional Facts Regarding Site:CRNA takes epidural call 5p - 7a on weekdays.. Epidural call ONLY on the weekends
