Job description

• Start Date: May 15th
Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
Case types:
• Monday–Thursday: Ophthalmology,
• Friday: Urology
• Schedule:
• Start time: 7:00 AM
• Typically finishing between 3:00–5:00 PM
• Wednesdays & Thursdays:
o Morning block – one surgeon
o Afternoon block – second surgeon
• Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays:
o One surgeon, no afternoon block
• EMR: Paper
1 CRNA per day, supervised by the surgeon
Ophthalmology ASC 2 rooms averaging about 18-20 cataract cases a day.
MAC anesthesia
