Locum CRNA – Hospital-Based Anesthesia | Florida | Day Shifts + Weekend Call | Level I Trauma

Position Type: Locum Tenens – Emergency / Temporary Privileges Available
Shifts: Monday–Friday, 10–12 hour days | 16
shifts/month minimum
Weekend Call: 2 days/month (Sat & Sun) – beeper call rotation

ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW

Hospital-based anesthesia in a Level I Trauma Center

Weekday coverage plus mandatory weekend call

Emergency / temporary privileges supported

EMR: iPro

Cross-credentialing required

CASE MIX

Primary Cases: General Surgery, Robotics, Orthopedics

Additional Cases: Neurology, Spine, Burns, Plastics, Vascular, Limited OB, Trauma, Healthy Pediatrics

Excludes: Cardiac cases

Facility Overview:

~200 OB deliveries/month

15 Main ORs, 4 Endoscopy Suites, 2 Cath Labs, 2 OB ORs

REQUIREMENTS

Board Certified CRNA

Active Florida ARNP license

Minimum 2 years hospital-based anesthesia experience (no new grads)

Clean malpractice and background history

Willing to meet all shift & weekend call requirements

Mandatory clinical call/Zoom interview with Site Medical Director

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
Credentialing: ~90 days
