Location: Port Charlotte, FL

Start: ASAP

13-week assignment with the option to extend

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm and 7am-5pm

Work Details:
· Support staff: Yes
· Patients per shift: 1-4
· Patient population/age: adult
· Providers Requested: 4
· Trauma Level: 3
· EMR: Anescan
· Bed in department: 3
· Skills required: general, adult, open heart anesthesia, thoracic cases, complex vascular cases, vent management, evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues, arterial line placement

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes, NBCRNA
· License required: Active FL License
· Minimum experience required: 1 year
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 7-14 Days
