Direct client

Start Date: beginning of July or August; as soon as privs granted
Work Schedule: 8s, 10s, 12s available – M-F; 6:30a start
Call: no call
Case Types: robo, uro, thoracic (low vol); da vinci, bariatrics, 2 GI rooms, OB room, VERY low vol peds cases
No neuro no cardiac
Ages of patients? 95% adults; 5% peds
Ratio of MDs to CRNAs? 1:3or4
Anesthesia Model: Directed

$225/h + t/l - Can do an all inclusive rate if local
