Job description

Qualifications
• CRNA
• Case Mix- Cardiac, Orthopedics, General, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endo, GYN, Robotics, and Trauma. No Peds and No OB. CRNAs perform a full range of procedures including regional blocks, spinals and central and arterial line placement
• Certification Requirements- ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA
• State License- Florida
• NPDB Self-Query for all clinicians who have malpractice claims
• New Candidates must live outside of 75-mile Radius of Hospital location
• New Candidates will be required to do a call interview with FMD for approval
Working Hours
• 4-10 hour preferred
• 3- 12 hour acceptable
• Call rotation available, would consider without
• 5- 8 hour shifts (3p-11p)

• Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days
