Qualifications
• General CRNA
• Case Mix- General, Ortho, Plastics, Ophthalmology, ENT, PEDS, Foot, Spine, Gastro, Pain Management
• Certification Requirements- ACLS, PALS, BLS, NBCRNA
• State License- Florida
• NPDB Self-Query for all clinicains who have malpractice claims
• Completed EVPS disclosure Form
• New Candidates must live outside counties of Broward, Palm Beach, or Dade County
Working Hours
• 5 days per week, 40 hours per week
• 7a-3p, plus lunch break, no weekends
• CRNAs required to work 2 weekend days per month
About The Facility
• Minimum Number of shifts per month 20
• Required Procedures: Spinals, Epidurals
• Average Monthly Case: 2500
• No Trayma
• Majority case Types: General Neuro, GI
