Qualifications
• General CRNA
• Case Mix- General, Ortho, Plastics, Ophthalmology, ENT, PEDS, Foot, Spine, Gastro, Pain Management
• Certification Requirements- ACLS, BLS, PALS, NBCRNA
• State License- Florida
• NPDB Self-Query for all clinicains who have malpractice claims
• Completed EVPS disclosure Form
• New Candidates must live outside counties of Broward, Palm Beach, or Dade County
• New Candidates will be required to do a call interview with FMD for approval
Working Hours
• 5 days per week, 40 hours per week
• 7a-3:30p, plus lunch break, no weekends
About The Facility
• Multi-specialty Surgery Center
• 7 OR’s, 2 Procedure Rooms
• MD’s on site to supervise CRNA’s
• 2-3 docs on site; CRNA’s 8-10 daily
• Paper charting- no EMR
• Average Credentialing Timeline- 60-90 days
