• Support staff:  one MD in procedure room with CRNA
• Coverage Type: Clinical scheduled hours only
• Schedule Details: not specified. Needed from March 28, 2025 – April 25, 2025

Work Details:
• Practice Setting: Outpatient – one operating room, another OR will open shortly.
• EMR/Charting Software: Cerner
• Avg. Daily Census: ~14 patients per day
• Patient Age Group: mostly adults, or adolescents over 16.
• Procedures: Surgeries performed are cardiac, head, spine, pediatric, regional.
• Required skills: General anesthesia for adults and pediatrics, spinal anesthesia, regional anesthesia, complex orthopedic cases, pain management, extremity blocks, x-ray guidance in blocks, ventilation management
• Preferred skills: Trauma anesthesia, epidurals, neurosurgical cases, post-op epidurals, epidural steroids for lumbar and cervical, transforaminal lumbar and cervical, acute volume/BP issues, arterial line placements

Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: preferred but not required
• State License(s): DE license required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• CSR Req’d: No
• DEA Req’d?: No
• Years of Experience Req’d: not specified

Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
