Job description

• Location: Denver, CO
• Assignment Duration: Start ASAP and book for 3 months, with the option to extend.
• Available Schedule: Candidates must be flexible between 5x8s or 4x10s. Most shifts will be 7a-3p or 7a-5p.
• 40hrs per week guaranteed.
• Will credential across 3 sites. Most shifts will be at one campus.
• Case Mix: All Cases.
• Supervision Model
• Must have active CO license and clean background.
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approx. 60 days to process a completed credentialing application.

• Book for 3 months with option to extend
• Monday-Friday
• 8 or 10hr shifts
