CRNA needed in Northern AZ! Make up to $215/hr. Travel/Lodging covered.

Job description

8 and 12 hour shifts available
Shifts available as soon as September thru the end of 2024
Credentialing timeframe: 30 days

Number of ORs: 11 in the main OR, 2 in the ambulatory center
Patients per day: 50-60 cases per day
Cases are comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo.
EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia

Requirements:
• Board Certification: CRNA
• License required: AZ License
• DEA: Yes
• CSR: No
• Certifications required: BLS or ACLS
