Job description

Position Details:

Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing
Shift Details: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Schedule: 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each (40 hours/week). No call, no overtime. Providers must have full-time availability and minimal time off requests.
Work Environment:

Support Staff: Provided
Coverage Needed per Month: Full-time coverage of 40 hours/week
Patients per Day: Average of 3-5 outpatient surgeries/day; endoscopic cases can range from 10-12/day
Patient Population/Age: Adult to Geriatric
Department Description: Manage complex cases in a care team environment. Experience includes but is not limited to: General, Regional, GI, ENT, Ortho, Endo, Podiatry, Urology, Neuro (spines and heads), Robotics, Vascular, Thoracic, Plastics, Trauma. The role involves working in a care team model with 100% medical direction. No OB/Peds.

Client Coverage: Travel and lodging expenses covered
Requirements:

Board Certification: Required
State License: Active Arizona license (not accepting unlicensed candidates at this time)
Certifications: BLS & ACLS
Minimum Experience: 1-3 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days.
