Job description

Start Date: 8/19
Schedule 8/19 – 8/23, 7am to 3pm, Call on 8/20 3pm – 7pm

Work Details:
• Department Description: comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo.
• Number of ORs: 11 in the main OR, 2 in the ambulatory center
• EMR System: Cerner and SaAnesthesia

Requirements:
• Board Certification: CRNA
• License required: AZ License required

• 30 day credentialing
• Will accept 1 year experience
