NEW CRNA Locum Need in Phoenix, AZ!

Job Description
• Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing
• Shift Details: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week, 40 hours/week, no call, no overtime. Full-time availability required.
Work Details:
• Support Staff: Provided
• Coverage Needed: 40 hours/week, full-time coverage
• Patients per Day:
o 3-5 outpatient surgeries/day
o 10-12 endo cases/day
• Patient Population: Adult to geriatric
• Department Description: Manage complex cases in a care team environment. Experience should include:
o General
o Regional
o GI
o ENT
o Ortho
o Endo
o Podiatry
o Urology
o Neuro (spines and heads)
o Robotics
o Vascular
o Thoracic
o Plastics
o Trauma
o 100% medically directed care team model
o No OB/Peds
• EMR: EPIC
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Travel Logistics:
• Client covers travel and lodging
Requirements:
• Board Certification: Required
• License: Active AZ license required; not accepting unlicensed candidates
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Experience: 1-3 years minimum
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
