CRNA Needed in AZ
Start Date: September 2024 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: 12 Hour Shifts
EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
Department Description: comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endo.

AZ License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
