Schedule: Hours are Monday - Friday 7 am-4 pm. No call.

· EMR: Cerner
· Special procedures: Urology procedures only
Practice Setting:
• Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active AZ License
Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP

• Short credentialing
