Job description

Location: Anchorage AK
Start date: ASAP - can do emergency privs for fast start
Schedule: M-F Open to 8s, 10s, 12s
Level II trauma center
CRNA's not supervised.
Cases: peripheral nerve blocks, bronchoscopies, endoscopies, lumbar epidurals & arterial access. OB, Peds, cases over 4 years of age
WILL LICENSE
Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days or temps with clean background
