Location(s): North Hospital, West Hospital, Fishers Surgery Center, Eagle Highlands Surgery Center, BSC – Harcourt Road Surgery Center, BSC – Doug Rex Endoscopy Center, Glen Lehman Endoscopy Suite, Senate Street Surgery Center

Highlights

💼 Diverse Case Mix: Combination of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities working with mostly adult patients (orthopedic, general surgery, endoscopy, ophthalmology) and occasional pediatric cases.

🕐 Flexible Credentialing: Medical staff can expedite privileges and issue temporary credentials. Enrollment takes 90–120 days (cannot be expedited).

🩹 Client Will License: Indiana license assistance available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE)

Must hold current ACLS and PALS certifications

Comfortable working across multiple hospital and surgery center locations

Experience with a broad range of cases including orthopedic, general surgery, and endoscopy

Additional Details

Avg. Daily Census: Varies depending on case type

Credentialing Timeframe: Temporary privileges can be expedited; full credentialing required only for assignments longer than 6 months (follows 90–120 day enrollment timeline)
