Job description

• Provider must be experienced in Medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD)
• Hybrid role of on site/telehealth.
• 40 hrs. per week
• This provider will be floating the Western facilities of the state
• EMR: HERO
• BE/BC

• ASAP
• On-going
