Chris Franklin
President
Chris joined LocumTenens.com in 2008 as Vice President of the Surgery division. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2011 before being promoted to Executive Vice President in 2013, giving him responsibility for multiple specialty-focused sales and operations divisions. In January of 2016 he was named President of LocumTenens.com.
His background includes sales, national/major account sales, recruiting and management experience in retained search, contingency search and temporary staffing. Overall, Chris has more than 20 years of sales and management experience, including 18 years in healthcare and technology staffing. Chris serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations (NALTO) and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Richmond. He resides in Milton, Georgia, with his wife and three daughters.
Kevin Thill
Executive Vice President
Kevin's career with LocumTenens.com began in 1998 when he was hired as a researcher for the psychiatry division. Since that time, Kevin has transitioned through responsibilities in the Psychiatry division as a sales account executive, managing director, partner, vice president and ultimately senior vice president. Throughout his career here, Kevin’s impact has been extensive including launching the Neurology division and assuming responsibilities for other areas such as the Account Representative team as well as leading AdvancedPractice.com. Kevin was also an integral part of initiating the Virtual Medical Staff business and is heavily involved with the operations of the company’s proprietary database. Kevin earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa.
Diana Adler
Executive Vice President
Diana joined LocumTenens.com in 1999 and quickly became one of the company's most successful recruiters, holding company records even after transitioning into larger management roles. Diana became a partner at LocumTenens.com in 2004 and was first promoted into a vice president role in 2008 and executive vice president role in 2021. Diana is responsible for overseeing the company's Primary Care, Hospital Medicine Neurology and Anesthesia divisions. Prior to joining LocumTenens.com, she gained recruiting experience at an executive recruiting firm and later at an Atlanta practice management company. A native of Buffalo, NY, Diana graduated summa cum laude from Boston University.
Keith Newport
Senior Vice President, People Operations
Keith has over 20 years of combined experience in the healthcare staffing industry. He began his career with LocumTenens.com in 2003 as an Account Executive. He took over management of the Account Representative team in 2006 and quickly moved up the management ranks, becoming Vice President in 2010 and partner in 2011. In 2014, Keith returned to the production side of the business as Vice President of Surgery and then Vice President of Primary Care. His unique combination of experience in all aspects of the business - production, operations, management, training and development led him to become Senior Vice President of Corporate Administration in 2021. His responsibilities include overseeing strategic business initiatives, driving associate engagement and overseeing the company talent strategy, all while focusing on interdepartmental collaboration. Keith is also a founding member of the company’s Inclusion Advisory Council (IAC), and serves on the Charitable Giving Committee. Keith has also been named LocumTenens.com's Manager of the Year three times in 2009, 2013 and 2021.
Brooke Thompson
Senior Vice President, Customer Operations
Brooke began her career with Jackson Healthcare, LocumTenens.com's parent company, as a college intern in the summer of 2002. In 2004, she was hired by the Customer Care department at LocumTenens.com and swiftly moved up the management ladder. She was promoted to director of the Customer Care division in 2006 and to vice president in 2011 and senior vice president in 2018. As Senior Vice President of Customer Operations, her responsibilities include quality management for the company and oversight of the Customer Care department, CVO, Licensing, and Travel. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management with an operations management specialization from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Scott Selby
Senior Vice President, Enterprise Solutions
Scott has over 12 years of healthcare and staffing experience with three different firms in the industry, and was acquired by LocumTenens.com from Hire Dynamics Rx in Pharmacy Staffing. After joining LocumTenens.com, he was asked to start a new division of the company and two and a half years later was asked to join the Surgery team to lead the sales division. He now oversees the Hospital-Based Surgery division. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Georgia.
At work, he is dedicated to helping others grow within LocumTenens.com and reach the goals and dreams for which they strive. Outside of work, he is dedicated to his wife, Candice, and their four children (three girls and a boy).
Susanne Hodges
Senior Vice President, Information Services
Susanne Hodges joined LocumTenens.com in 2017 as Vice President of Customer Experience & Innovation, where she focused on LocumTenens.com's clients and providers and working across the business to address their needs and improve their experiences. In 2018 she became Senior Vice President of Information Services, where she leads the transformation of LocumTenens.com's approach to technology, innovation, data/analytics and customer experience. Prior to joining LocumTenens.com, Susanne spent 15 years working across a variety of industries with a focus in customer experience, strategic planning and business transformation. Susanne received her undergraduate degree from Georgia Tech and her MBA from University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. Susanne resides in Atlanta, GA with her husband.
Amelia Vietri
Senior Vice President, Hospital & Clinic-Based Surgery
Amelia is a Senior Vice President and Partner at LocumTenens.com, leading the Women’s Health, Urology, Otolaryngology and Dermatology service lines.Amelia began her career with LocumTenens.com in 2008, primarily focused on clinician recruitment efforts. She later moved into leadership roles, specializing in the growth and development of new service lines for the company.
Amelia received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia with an emphasis in Marketing. Since joining LocumTenens.com, Amelia has received numerous awards and recognitions, most notably, achieving Partner in 2017.
Shane Jackson

Under his leadership, LoveLifts partners with more than 450 nonprofit organizations annually, making a positive impact in local and global communities.
In 2024, Shane was named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® National finalist, in addition to being selected as a winner in the program’s Southeast region. He also has been recognized multiple years on Staffing Industry Analysts’ Staffing 100, a list of the top North American leaders shaping the industry and influencing the workforce solutions ecosystem. Shane serves on the boards of 3DE and King’s Ridge Christian School and is vice chair of the leader-led goBeyondProfit business initiative that promotes the belief that giving back is good for business. He earned an MBA from Emory University and Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Harding University.
