Breast Surgical Oncologist needed in Plymouth, MN.

Job description

We are seeking a Board-Certified Breast Surgeon to join our team at a full-service breast center. This is a full-time, ongoing position with a start date as soon as possible.
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing
Shift Details: 8 AM – 5 PM
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday
Participation in call rotation preferred but not required
Work Environment:

Support Staff Available:
LPN/CMA rooming staff
RNs
Nurse Navigators
Surgery schedulers
Advanced practice providers
Coverage Needed per Month: 4-5 days per week
Patients per Day: 15-20
Patient Population/Age: Primarily female, breast center
Department Description: Full-service breast center with onsite imaging, breast radiologists, surgical oncology, and medical oncology
EMR: EPIC
Hospital Bed Size: 400
Special Procedures:
Breast surgery (oncologic and benign)
Lumpectomy, mastectomy, etc.
Skills Required: Expertise in breast surgery
Requirements:

Board Certification: Must be Board Certified in Breast Surgery Oncology
License Required: Active license required; willing to license if not already licensed
DEA: Required
Minimum Experience Required: Experience as a breast surgeon/surgical oncologist
Additional Information:

Temporary Privileges: Can be granted if background is clean
