About the clinician's workday

The role, open to IMLC candidates, requires weekend coverage (Friday 7 am to Monday 7 am) once a month, handling 1st call and rounding on Trauma/Acute Care patients, with only emergency surgeries. There may be opportunities to cover full weeks for current CT Surgeons vacations. The Level 1 trauma center, with 500 beds and using EPIC EMR, handles 323 heart, 88 thoracic, and 96 structural heart procedures annually. Candidates should be experienced with coronary bypass, aortic and mitral valves, thoracic procedures, and aortic dissection. -500 beds -EPIC EMR -Level 1 trauma center
