Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing
Shift Details: 24hr weekend call. 5p Friday-7a Monday
Work Details:
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 1 weekend/month, as needed. May not be needs every month

Diagnosis types:
Aortic Aneurysms
Carotid Disease, & Stroke
Peripheral Vascular Disease
Deep Vien Thrombosis
Pulmonary Embolism
Varicose Veins
Dialysis Access
Lower extremity gangrene

Services:
Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms
Peripheral Angiography & Venography
Open Aortic Aneurysm repairs
Carotid Endarterectomy
Carotid Stenting

Services unable to provide at this location:
Thoracic Aortic Aneurysm
Thoracic Aortic Dissection
Practice Setting:
• Hospital

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required in Vascular Surgery
· License Required: Active IL license- HIGHLY prefer licensed candidates. Only IMLC will be considered if non-licensed
· Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days

• 1 weekend/month
• Start as soon as crednetialed
