General Surgery PA Coverage in Portland, OR

Start Date: 02-01-2025
Schedule: Shifts for the APP's are 7a-3p or 7a-5p, also an 11a-7p weekdays is available and 7a-3p shifts on the weekends. There will be no clinic for this position

Work Details:
· Patients per shift: 7+
· Department Description: Trauma Level 3 Facility
· EMR: Epic
· Special procedures: The APP is there to assist the surgeon. If the provider is on call coverage and gets a call about an other urgent case, the APP be the first to be called to go assist and then the surgeon will join them. Occasionally the APP does help with post op consults if the surgeon is stuck in a surgery.
· Skills required: acute care surgery experience
