Job description

Seeking an experienced board-certified physiatrist for inpatient rehabilitation locum tenens coverage. Required qualifications include inpatient rehabilitation practice within the past 12 months, proficiency with Epic EMR, and demonstrated comfort caring for medically complex rehabilitation patients.

The primary assignment is full-time as an attending physiatrist at a tertiary/quaternary care center with IRF unit integrated inside the hospital. The assignment is for several months with approximately 1:6 night and weekend call. The position may also include shorter 1–2 week consultant assignments in Hazleton or Pottsville, PA, where the units are also integrated within a hospital.

Candidates should be adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working across different inpatient settings as part of an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
