Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $120,000-$140,000
Productivity Bonus: $12,000-$14,000 annually

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care for infants, children, and adolescents
Perform wellness visits, preventive care, and developmental screenings
Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic pediatric conditions
Educate patients and families on child health, nutrition, and preventive care
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Epic EMR
Qualifications
Required:

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP)
OR

Nurse Practitioner with pediatric experience
Active California Nurse Practitioner license or ability to obtain prior to start
Strong communication, clinical, and patient-centered care skills
