Job description

Primary Care APP needed in Hillsboro, OR:
• Contract Length: 14 weeks
• Schedule: 40 hours per week; 36 hours with direct patient care & 4 hours of admin per week
• Call Requirements: None
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Patients per day: 14-16
• Patient Population: All Ages
• EMR: EPIC
• Job Details: Preventative and chronic/acute care conditions

Requirements:
• State License: Active OR license required
• Certifications: BLS
• Credentialing: 5 months
