Aya Locums is seeking a Primary Care APP needed in Northwestern Oregon.

Assignment Details:
• Start Date: September 2026
• Contract Length: 14 weeks
• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Call Rotation: None
• Practice Setting: Clinic
• Patients Per Day: 14-16
• Patient Population: All ages
• EMR: EPIC
• Job Details: Preventative & chronic/acute conditions of all ages

Requirements:
• State License: Active OR license required
• Credentialing: 5 months
