Position Overview:

Primary Care Provider to deliver comprehensive outpatient care in a federally qualified Health Center located in. Augusta, GA. This role involves managing a broad patient population with support for pediatric referrals as needed.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Patient Volume:

20–25 patients per day
Patient Population:

Ages 0–99
Pediatric patients can be referred to a dedicated clinic
EMR System:

eClinicalWorks
Requirements:

Active Georgia medical license
MD/DO or NP/PA
English-speaking
Credentialing:

Estimated 30 days
Additional Details:

Outpatient setting
Established workflow and support staff in place
