The clinicians will provide comprehensive family medicine services to adult patients in a correctional facility environment, managing approximately 18-20 patients daily during regular business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Clinical responsibilities include conducting thorough patient evaluations, managing chronic medical conditions, providing preventive healthcare services, and treating acute illnesses while maintaining accurate documentation utilizing the Naphcare EMR system. The position requires working with no call requirements and potential flexible scheduling of four 10-hour shifts, collaborating with registered nurses and licensed practical nurses to ensure optimal patient outcomes within the correctional healthcare delivery framework.
