FM opening in Indianapolis- April start

Job description

This is a standard outpatient primary care position located in Indianapolis proper. An FQHC is looking for an family medicine provider (BC preferred, BE potentially) to work a 90 assignment beginning in April. This is your bread and butter PC- sick and wellness visits, light acute treatment, and chronic care. Provider must be comfortable with seeing patients of all ages as well as up to 22 patients per day. Providers will have their own MA, as well as 2 pediatricians, 1 FNP, 1 psychologist, and an LCSW at location. The application process consists of one in person, on site interview process.
