• Wednesday & Thursday, 6 a.m.–5 p.m., ASAP–3/19/26
• Open to considering alternate days if needed
• Patients ages 2 and up; mix of primary care and occupational health
Requirements:
• Board Certification
• BLS
• DOT certification preferred
