𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:
𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐩𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Outpatient Family Medicine – All Ages
𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Outpatient Clinic
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Provide full-time outpatient primary care; build and manage patient panel; participate in shared 1:4 call rotation; collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers; coordinate care with supporting specialties; utilize onsite lab services; maintain accurate documentation; participate in quality and organizational initiatives.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬: Outpatient primary care evaluations; preventive care; chronic disease management
- EMR System: Cerner
- Support Staff: 3 Physicians; 6 Advanced Practice Providers; onsite lab services; supporting specialty physicians
- Days Per Month: Full-time (Monday–Friday schedule)
- On-Call/Weekends: Shared call rotation 1:4; No routine weekend clinic

• Monday–Friday Outpatient Schedule (8AM–5PM)
