Anticipated Work Schedule:

Full-Time/Part-Time… What schedule will the provider be working? Days & Hours. Is there any flexibility there?

Nov start, M–F 8a–5p (12:30 lunch), twice monthly training during regular hours (closed Thanksgiving Day and Friday, Christmas Eve and Day)

Patient Demographic:

What ages will our provider need to be willing and able to see?

80% AA, 61% females, 39% males (Infant–100), 52% Medicaid patients

Patient Volume:

How many patients per day?

Minimum 12 patient slots per day

Support Staff:

1 MA, Patient Access Team

Will they be performing any procedures?

If so, what are they and are they required or preferred?

Both pediatric and chronic condition management, well check visits, vaccination schedules, following Bright Future clinical guidelines, sick visits, sports physicals, IUD insertion/removal, Family Planning Services, potentially Colposcopies after pap smears, PrEP program

Any miscellaneous certification requirements: (BLS, ACLS, DOT, etc.):

BLS

What EMR?:

E-Clinical Works (e-learning training modules), on-site assistance

Travel & Lodging?:

No T&L – Needing a provider local to Atlanta, Georgia
