Primary Care MD - Locum to Perm - Willing to License - New Grads Accepted

Job description

We are seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician to provide locum services in Hermitage, MO. This is an excellent opportunity for providers seeking a stable outpatient setting with consistent weekday hours and the potential for long-term placement. Coverage is needed beginning January 2026, with a 6-month locum-to-perm contract.

🏥 Job Details:

Setting: Outpatient Clinic (FQHC)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8a–5p; no nights or weekends required

Coverage: Scheduled clinic hours only; no call

Shift Commitment: Seeking one full-time provider and one floater

Support Services: Collaborative team including Nurse Practitioners

Patient Volume: 18–20 patients per day

EMR: MediTech Expanse

Patient Population: All ages, primarily adults

📋 Requirements:

Board Certification: BC/BE in Primary Care or related specialties

License: Active Missouri license required (willing to license)

Certifications: BLS, DEA, CSR

Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred; new grads accepted

Credentialing Timeframe: Minimum 60 days
