We are seeking a Permanent Primary Care Physician in Aledo, IL.

Position Type: Permanent

Rate: Open & Negotiable
Shift: Days, Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm + Call (1:6 rotation)
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: N/A

Position Details:
Patient Population: Pediatrics through Geriatrics
Setting: Rural Health Clinic within a Health System
Responsibilities: Clinic, Hospital, and Long-Term Care coverage; chronic disease management; procedures including sutures, biopsies, pap smears, joint injections
Required Procedures: Basic procedures (suturing, joint injections, mole/skin tag removal)
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: 2 Physicians, 6 APPs
Days Per Month: Standard work week
On-Call/Weekends: 1:6 phone call rotation

Submission Requirements:
Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine – REQUIRED
IL license (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice – PREFERRED
