📋 Contract Details
⏱️ Start Date: ASAP, as soon as credentialed
📅 Contract Length: 3–6 months; open to locums-to-permanent employment
🕗 Shift/Schedule Details: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📊 Patients per Day: ~20 PPD
👥 Patient Population: Adults/Geriatrics
🎓 Board Certification: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
🪪 State License: Active CO license or IMLCC
🗂️ Credentialing Timeframe: ~30 days
✈️ Travel + Lodging: Fully covered by Aya Locums
🛡️ Malpractice Insurance: Fully covered by Aya Locums
