Job Description:
NNP Candidates:
- Board Certified APRN national specialty certification NNP
- Minimum of a master’s degree
- 2+ years of current NNP work experience
PA Candidates:
- Minimum of a Master's Degree
- Board Certified through NCCPA
- Completion of a Neonatal PA training program is highly preferred
- 2+ years of current PA work experience in NICU
This 20-bed Level-III unit has an average daily census of 12-20 and approximately1600 annual deliveries
There is Neonatologist and MFM on-site support, as well as a variety of other sub-specialists
16-hour shifts, with possibility of 24-hour shifts as the unit grows

NNP Candidates:
Minimum of a Master's Degree - REQUIRED
Board Certified APRN national specialty certification NNP - REQUIRED
FL license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
2+ years of current work experience as NNP - REQUIRED
PA Candidates:
Minimum of a master's degree - REQUIRED
Board Certified through NCCPA - REQUIRED
FL license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
Completion of a Neonatal PA training program - HIGHLY PREFERRED
2+ years of current PA work experience (not including training) in Neonatal ICU - REQUIRED
Clean malpractice/licensing history - HIGHLY PREFERRED
