Location: Albany, the state capital of New York! Albany has a rich history and vibrant culture. It’s located in the Capital District region, which includes cities like Schenectady and Troy. Albany is known for its historic architecture, including the New York State Capitol building and the Empire State Plaza. The city also has a number of museums, parks, and cultural institutions. Facility: Health care facility offering a range of neurological services, including diagnosis and treatment for conditions like epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and other neurological disorders. Opportunity: Must be able to perform EMG/NCS and EEG. Applicants must desire to provide general neurological care Monday- Friday outpatient position with a shared call rotation among providers An established practice with 3 full-time physicians and team of 3 advanced practitioners: general neurology care in the outpatient office and inpatient rounding/consultation at hospital Shared rotational call and great practice support Some sleep study reading is available Recently opened a beautiful new office space Sub-specialty, MS Headache Center, and strong Hospitalist support available. Fellowship training in various sub-fields welcome but not required (general care is the primary focus).
