A mental health clinic serving adults with serious and persistent mental illness, including substance use disorder. Therapy, counseling, and peer specialists help participants learn better ways to live and socialize within their communities, while case managers link them to other social services. The program also helps participants find work in settings that match their strengths and abilities.

The facility is located in the north San Diego Region.

About the clinician's workday

This position requires availability Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with a patient load of approximately 6 patients per day. While some work can be done remotely, the preference is for the clinician to be onsite, as the two current clinicians are working onsite. The facility uses SmartCare as its EMR, and candidates must be credentialed with Optum, which is a requirement for San Diego.
