A community health center is seeking a Family Medicine DNP for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located 2.5 hours from Anchorage, Alaska.
About the clinician's workday
This position requires a three-week credentialing timeframe, preferably for those already enrolled with Medicaid, Medicare, or Primero. The schedule can be Monday to Friday (9 AM to 5 PM) or four 10-hour shifts, serving patients of all ages. Required certifications include BLS and DEA, and both COVID-19 and flu vaccinations are mandatory (with waivers available). Support staff includes a dedicated Medical Assistant and nursing staff, with a part-time supervising physician. Experience in urgent care and comfort with acute and chronic care are preferred. The EMR system is EPIC.
