About the Role:
HopeLink Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Supportive Housing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in assisting individuals with serious mental illness find and maintain permanent housing, utilizing Housing First principles. Working under the supervision of the Supportive Housing Supervisor, you will develop individualized recovery plans, provide supportive services, and collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure successful outcomes for our clients.
Benefits:
Competitive salary $51,000-$55,000

Hybrid, Supportive and collaborative work environment.
Monday -Friday 9am -5pm
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)
Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) certification (preferred but not required)
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with serious mental illness and housing issues
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software programs
High degree of empathy and a commitment to serving individuals with mental illness
Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and meet deadlines
