A facility is seeking a hospitalist for locum tenens coverage. Experienced providers capable of managing 18-20+ patient encounters are encouraged to apply. The facility is a Level II trauma center.

About the clinician's workday
On-site call coverage is required for weekends and nights. Currently, there are spontaneous openings, with Service A from 7a-7p, Service B from 8a-4p, and Service C from 7a-3p. On-call shifts are staggered, with Service C from 7a-11a, Service B from 11a-3p, and Service A from 3p-7p. During busy periods, all services shift to 12-hour coverage, and on weekends, only two 12-hour services are active, with surge coverage as needed.
