Urgent Care APP - Fontana, CA

- ASAP start for 3-6 months with option to extend- 60-90 day credentialing
- Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: 3 - 12 hour shifts weekly (Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday OR Monday, Thursday, & Friday)
- Daily Responsibilities: Urgent Care cases – Flu, Sickness, I&D, Lacerations, Suturing, Toenails, Fractures, X-Ray Reading Capabilities Required, Must be comfortable with work ups and higher acuity patients, as needed. ER Experience highly preferred.
- Patients scheduled every 20 minutes
- EMR: EPIC
- Must have a CA license
