General Surgery PA- San Leandro, CA


- Specialty: 1st Assist Physician Assistant
- Dates of Coverage: ASAP – 13 Weeks with option to extend, as needed
- Practice Description:
• Setting: OR
• Daily Responsibilities: General Surgery, possibly some Ortho Urology, GI, GYN Cases Daily – Other areas outside of General Surgery have their PA's but need to help if needed
• Call Schedule/Responsibilities: No Call
• PPD/Census: Estimated 2-6 cases daily depending on caseload/cases that day – Days broken up by department (Example – General Surgery does 3 days per week, Tuesday is Urology, Fridays are GYN)
• EMR: EPIC (Health Connect – Kaiser Permanente’s version of EPIC)

W-2 Contract Locum Tenens Assignment- Benefits available after 30 days

• First assist coverage
• Full-time coverage- Ongoing assignment
• No call
