Job description

A facility in Fontana, CA is seeking an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Location: Kaiser Permanente - Fontana Medical Center
Schedule: Monday, Thursday, Friday, 9:00am - 9:30pm (the provider will be working 3 shifts per week. 12 Hour shifts). Will need to be flexible with availability as covering a weekend day may be needed, depending on staffing
Types of Cases: Urgent Care cases – Flu, Sickness, I&D, Lacerations, Suturing, Toenails, Fractures, X-Ray Reading Capabilities Required, Must be comfortable with work ups and higher acuity patients, as needed. ER Experience highly preferred.
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Requirements: Board Certification and active California license
